Hi, I’m Shayla.

Aka The Chaos Coordinator.

I support career women and working moms by creating digital organization systems and offering personal assistant services to declutter the mess so that they have more time for the things that matter most, like spending quality time with their families and focusing on strategic decisions in their businesses. 

As The Chaos Coordinator, I’m more than the common Virtual Assistant. I partner with my clients and build a trusting and honest relationship. Your privacy and confidentiality matter most, which is why I take strategic measures to keep your information safe and secure and rely on transparent communication with my clients.

As a working mom myself, I completely understand how much can be on our plates at once. Without having organized systems and decluttered spaces, it’s difficult to focus on the task at hand or get the list of to-do’s accomplished. 

Since partnering together, my clients have been able to plan vacations, attend their kid’s events more regularly, follow up on business opportunities, be more present outside of work, and have simpler and more peaceful everyday lives. 

They’ve also been able to free up their time to pursue the passion projects they’ve been itching to start or enjoy time away from the business to spend with friends and family.

My plan to continue growing professionally in the corporate world suddenly changed after 15 years of dedicated service. I was left feeling disappointed, undervalued, and unappreciated as I realized that there was little room for me to grow. 

Knowing that my gifts and skills would be of service and value to someone's business and help them thrive professionally and personally, it was time to follow my passion and support businesswomen and working moms to crush their goals and follow their dreams.

Better Than A Bot was born to help Canadian career women and working moms coordinate the chaos in their lives so that they never miss another milestone and have time to pursue their passions.
