Payments
You have the right to pay for any of Shayla Moulton’s or betterthanabot.ca’s services in full, including all one-on-one or group coaching sessions, in-person or virtually, any other service offered, as well as daily, weekly and monthly follow-ups. If you choose to pay using a payment plan provided by betterthanabot.ca using other websites as a third-party payment option, you agree to pay each payment on time and in the full amount.
Payments are made via EMT to shayla@betterthanabot.ca or through third-party payment processors, and if a payment fails, it will be tried again five times with the payment method provided. If the payment has still not been processed after the five attempts and is more than 30 days late, all remaining payments will be sent to a collections agency of our choosing to gather all remaining payments. Our payment processors will try your payment method four times before being sent to a collections agency.
Shayla Moulton, betterthanabot.ca, AND Better Than A Bot Inc. are not responsible for overdraft fees, late payment fees for your bank, or any other financial setback caused by your inability to pay your payment on time. If you're unable to commit to the entire payment plan, this service and investment is not for you. If payment is not fulfilled, you will be immediately removed as a client of Shayla Moulton, betterthanabot.ca, AND Better Than A Bot Inc... If this happens, and you pay the payment and want to resume your contract, please contact Shayla at shayla@betterthanabot.ca.
You understand and agree that you are financially responsible for all purchases made by you or a third party acting on your behalf.
All of the personal information that you provide as part of the purchase process for any product or service on our website may be collected by both us and our third-party payment processing providers. Refund & Cancelation Policy
Due to the extensive time and effort that goes into the services and programs, there is no refund policy whatsoever for any and all of Better Than A Bot Inc. and betterthanabot.ca services. If you have questions about our refund policy, please email shayla@betterthanabot.ca.
Failure to notify us of a cancellation with less than three business days notice will result in a full charge for your missed coaching session. If you have any questions, please contact us at shayla@betterthanabot.ca.
We do not tolerate or accept any type of chargeback from your credit card company.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your contract, in full or in part, at any time for any reason.
Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction Severability
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed according to the laws of the Province of Alberta without regard to conflict of laws principles. The nearest provincial court to Calgary, Alberta shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any case or controversy arising from your use of our website or its content, or products and/or services purchased therefrom, or via materials requested through email and Google Docs.
By using our website or its content, or products and/or services purchased therefrom, or via materials requested through email and Google Docs, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of these courts and waive any defence of forum non-conveniens.
In the event that betterthanabot.ca must make a claim for any breach of these Terms and Conditions by negotiation, litigation, mediation, or arbitration, we shall be entitled to recover attorney’s fees and costs.
